Peak District Retreat

Price range: £295.00 through £340.00 Join the PDDUK team for a fun couple of days away exploring the Peak District with an option to experience a tour inside Speedwell Cavern. Monday 1st June Starting just outside the town of Ashbourne where we are meeting for breakfast at a country pub followed by a drivers briefing. We then take you on a scenic blast across the Peak District covering 130 miles, including great driving roads such as the Cat & Fiddle and Snakes Pass. Stopping off for ice cream at tag ln dairy for some delicious ice cream. Hill top country pubs for a refreshing shandy to break up the day. Our accommodation for the night is just outside of Castleton where we are staying at the new Bike & Boot hotel. On the evening we are going to a great pub nearby for some good grub. Tuesday 2nd June The following morning we have a wonderful group experience going down deep into the caves at speedwell cavern located in the limestone gorge of Winnats Pass. The rest of the day is filled with a 64 mile scenic drive throughout the dales, finishing the tour at Chatsworth House. Single: £295 Double: £340
