JayEmm On Cars: 10th Anniversary Celebration Track Day

The Friendly Helmet Track Club Presents JAYEMM ON CARS 10th ANNIVERSARY EVENT Our ONLY weekend date of the year! For the first and ONLY time this year, we're hosting a variation of our popular premium track events on a WEEKEND - that's right! All to celebrate the tenth anniversary of JayEmm on YouTube, we're pulling out ALL THE STOPS. Sunday 9th of August is going to be a date to remember - as this is a trial run for future events. Ordinarily for our events, we are limited to 24 cars on the day - but for this we are increasing to 36, which allows us to retain the same pricing and keep the feel of a limited track day. There will be no more than ten cars on track at a time, ensuring you have plenty of space to enjoy yourself on one of the most relaxed track days around. The key aim of ALL of our events is FUN. We encourage people to give passenger rides and get to know each other. The event for most starts the night before, when we host a meal at a local pub and socialise - because for us that's really what a track day is all about - making friends through cars. With the event being in August, we aim to take over the pub garden and enjoy the best of British weather (Sunshine not guaranteed, sorry) Our events include a number of perks, including free refreshments through the day, photography and tuition - which for this event will include an extra instructor make sure that everyone has plenty of time to come along. Goodie Bag to take away from Dodo Juice This event takes place at Blyton Park in Lincolnshire, an excellent and beginner friendly track with plenty of visibility, good run off and enough to challenge you once you feel a bit braver. It is a 1.5 mile track, not to be confused with airfield setups - those are typically made from a series of cones, can be tough to navigate and are very hard on tyres - not so here! Included in the price of your ticket is A full day of open pit lane activity, with approximately SIX HOURS of track availability Tuition from our resident expert, Tim Food and drink - breakfast, lunch and refreshments through the day Timings for the day: Track opens 7AM Sign on 8AM Briefing 9AM - SEE NOTE BELOW Track Activity 9.30 - 12.30 Lunch 12.30-1.30 Track Activity 1.30-5.00 Helmet hire is available on the day. EVENT RULES: You MUST attend the briefing at 9AM. If you are late for the briefing, you may be unable to drive on the day and you will NOT be refunded. If you know you are to be late on the day, you must notify us at the earliest opportunity. Please be aware long sleeves and trousers are required - whatever the weather. All drivers MUST hold a valid FULL UK driving licence that covers them to drive the vehicle they intend to use. Passengers must be at least 16 years old, and require a parent or guardian to supervise. A helmet must be worn at all times. Open face helmets are permitted in hard top cars. Open top cars require full face helmets. The noise limit at Blyton Park is 95dBa on a drive by. This is generous limit and should be suitable to most cars. EVs are NOT PERMITTED ON TRACK, but are permitted in the paddock. Hybrids may be allowed but we advise you contact us or the venue in advance of booking to be sure. Tickets are refundable up to one month before the event, a 10% processing fee is charged for refunds or 0% fee for refund taken as credit. Tickets are transferrable up to one week before the event to another driver at no cost. Transfer requests made at shorter notice may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. There is no cost for changing the vehicle used on the event, provided it meets the requirements of the event and venue. PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A PORSCHE EXCLUSIVE EVENT
